The Ruster Restaurant invites you to a different
dining experience. For the alpine and Mediterranean top-quality
cuisine we mainly use fresh products. Our menu caters for a variety
of tastes from South Tyrol as well as from all around the world.
Fresh fish from the Mediterranean, tasty steaks, fresh salads and vegetables...
We take particular care of South Tyrolean tradition and rotate our
menus to reflect seasonal produce and to offer always new dishes:
asparagus and ramson in spring, mushrooms and grills in summer,
games and the typical Törggele in autumn, and all types of spicy
and exotic dishes in winter.
