The ROSE SUITE offers you 80 m² of pure comfort in the raised ground floor of the Gardenhotel Schönblick

The suite offers you the following:

A beautiful paneled living room (24 m²) in walnut wood with leather couch (extendable 1,80 m), a nice terrace with sun awning and a wonderful panorama view to the Val d'Adige, Merano basin and Vinschgau
TV and Bluetooth radio
A large bedroom* with double bed, TV, safe, leather couch (extendable 1,90 m) and with balcony to the east with view to our mountains
A modern bathroom equipped with double sink, Geberit Acqua Clean Sela (shower-toilet), hydromassage bath (whirlpool) and bio sauna for relaxing moments
Underfloor heating in bathroom (12 m²) and bedroom (22 m²)

Information, terms and conditions

B&B: rate per person and day with breakfast buffet
HB: half board
Apartments: rate per day and unit
For stays shorter than 3 days we apply a surcharge of 10%.
Children rates:
Third bed in the parents’ room up to 9 years reduction of 70%, up to 12 years 50%, up to 16 years 40%, otherwise 20% reduction.
Cot up to 3 years: € 10,00. If you bring your own cot the baby stays for free.
Dogs on request. Dogs are not admitted at the Livehotel Friedheim.
Half board:
The half board is served at the Restaurant Ruster. It includes:
3-course menu (every day 3 choices) or “à la carte” according to the menu’s price list.
“Run of the house”: bookings for the weekends are generally possible only “run of the house” (you cannot book a specific room category). Rates: category Meran or Single Room Superior +10% (does not apply for higher categories).

Check in: the reception is at the Livehotel Friedheim
At your arrival your accommodation is available starting from 2pm;
check out within 11am; if you want to check out later please ask at the reception.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations up to 30 days prior arrival are free of charge.
In case of cancellations made in the last 30 days, in case of early departure or no-show, we charge 80% of the booking.
We advise guests to take out a cancellation insurance.
